CONVIVIO Workshop dedicated to Sustainable Work 19 – 27 October

Balance between Values and Priorities to build a Sustainable Career

Do you ever feel like a juggler? Some days, while I'm trying to keep all the balls in the air—work commitments, kids, relationships, messages, social media—I end up dropping one or more on my head! Then there are days when I speed up the rhythm, and others when everything falls to the ground.

Finding the right pace and balance between all the personal and professional roles you play can be chaotic. There are bad days, and days when nothing can stop you.

But let me ask you: how many of those commitments are really necessary? How many are essential to achieving your goals? How many are the result of a "no" you couldn't say?

How many of these roles and all the related activities truly reflect who you are and what makes you happy?

Sustainable Job is a workshop I created to help you gain clarity, not only about what is truly important to you, but also on how to align your priorities with your career to make it more sustainable and fulfilling.

The workshop is part of a wonderful initiative by Sandra Placet, Convivio: a whole week dedicated to personal growth and conviviality workshops, within the Design Week di Eindhoven.

Why should you join?

Many times, we find ourselves having to choose between work and personal life, sacrificing what’s important to us in the name of career. But a sustainable career is much more: it means building a path that allows you to respect your priorities, without compromising your well-being or life outside of work.If you feel conflicted between your job and your personal priorities, or if you believe your career doesn’t truly reflect what matters to you, this is the workshop for you. When you manage to bring your values, skills, and priorities together, you’ll not only find greater balance but also feel more fulfilled and motivated in what you do.

What will we do together?

  • Step 1: Life Roles – You’ll work on the roles you take on each day to discover which ones you’re most passionate about, the driving force behind each one, and the fine red thread connecting all the dots.

  • Step 2: Ikigai – You’ll transform these reflections into concrete actions through the Ikigai method.

When and where?

I’ll be waiting for you on October 21 at 11 AM at Casa di Terracotta.

It’s the perfect opportunity to gain clarity and develop a concrete strategy to build a career that respects both your values and priorities.

In the chaos of daily life, it’s easy to lose sight of what’s truly important to us. This workshop will help you take stock of your roles, values, and priorities, and turn these insights into a more sustainable and fulfilling career.

Sing up here for the workshop!
